Our client, a leader in the financial services and healthcare industries, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Client Implementation & Enablement department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and technical fluency, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
+ Build and implement repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation to streamline processes.
+ Manage technical integration projects including APIs, data migrations, connectors, and real-time flows, ensuring smooth architecture handoffs and environment provisioning.
+ Serve as the senior client-facing program lead, conducting kickoff meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive communications.
+ Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, professional services, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years leading technical client onboarding or implementation programs.
+ Proven track record delivering complex integrations such as APIs, ETL/data migrations, SSO, and payment systems across multiple engineering teams.
+ Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present to senior executives, set expectations, and drive decisions.
+ Technical fluency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs, authentication/authorization patterns, data mapping, and CI/CD processes.
+ Experience managing multi-party dependencies, negotiating trade-offs, and using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
