We're seeking aTechnical Program Manager to join our Amazon Web Services Generative and Agentic AI professional services team. This strategic role will be pivotal in creating cohesion between our global delivery team, Amazon Q Business product teams, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive adoption of Amazon Q Business by developing scalable frameworks, assets, and methodologies that enable our teams to deliver transformative AI implementations for enterprise customers worldwide.
Our professional services team consists of global specialists across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with planned expansion to all major global regions within the next 1-2 years. We're structured with a delivery arm that executes customer implementations and a solutions arm that creates consistent execution patterns and drives efficiency across the delivery organization.
Amazon Q Business is AWS's most capable generative AI-powered assistant for finding information, gaining insights, and taking action in enterprise environments. It empowers organizations to automate complex workflows, accelerate content creation, take actions across applications, and extract key insights from both structured and unstructured data.
Key job responsibilities
Systems Design and Implementation Standards
• Define, develop, and maintain solution patterns that address common Amazon Q Business implementation scenarios for enterprise customers
• Create reusable assets, methodologies, and frameworks that enable the delivery team to implement Amazon Q Business solutions consistently and efficiently
• Work closely with delivery teams to understand implementation challenges and develop solutions that address common pain points
• Leveraging emerging Generative and Agentic AI technologies to radically change customer’s experience in seeding and scaling our solutions across their business
Product-to-Services Alignment
• Build deep expertise in Amazon Q Business capabilities, roadmap, and technical architecture
• Serve as the liaison between AWS product teams and our professional services organization, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest Amazon Q Business features and capabilities
• Translate product capabilities into service offerings, delivery methodologies, and technical solutions that address specific enterprise use cases
Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution
• Collaborate with GTM teams to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our professional services offerings around Amazon Q Business
• Develop compelling sales enablement materials that help articulate the value of our services to customers and partners
• Support the creation of business cases, ROI models, and other assets that demonstrate the value of Amazon Q Business implementations
Market Intelligence and Customer Insights
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify emerging needs and trends in enterprise AI adoption
• Analyze implementation data, customer feedback, and success metrics to continuously improve solution offerings
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to ensure our solutions address evolving market requirements
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that span delivery, product, and GTM teams to improve overall customer experience
• Influence product roadmaps based on insights from customer implementations and market needs
• Foster collaboration between regional delivery teams to share best practices and ensure consistent global execution

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
