That’s why we are looking for a Technical Product Owner with strong insurance domain knowledge and data engineering expertise to lead initiatives that ensure the integrity, scalability, and reliability of enterprise data solutions. This role bridges business and technology, driving the implementation of advanced data platforms and analytics capabilities.
What you'll be doing
Define and prioritize data assurance requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standardsCollaborate with data engineers, data modelers, and analysts to design and implement data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks, following DataVault 2.0 methodologyMonitor and improve data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepanciesAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable backlog itemsOversee testing and validation of data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceDocument data processes, workflows, and standards for consistency and complianceStay current on industry trends in insurance, data engineering, and cloud technologiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery
What you'll bring along
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in insurance-related projects3+ years in data engineering, data assurance, or related technical rolesStrong hands-on knowledge of Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and DatabricksExperience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and DataVault 2.0 methodologyProficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Spark for data processing and analysisFamiliarity with data quality frameworks, validation techniques, and governanceExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsExcellent command of spoken and written English Document .style{ width:930px;padding:15px;}.font-text{ font-family: customfaa3f6eee6874329a13ae; font-size: 16px; font-type:ttf; font-style: Medium;}
