PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 – $136,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Champion the product roadmap for lodging, hospitality, and point of sale technologies and create a holistic plan that influences the guest experience across the product lifecycle Partner with operations, IT, subsidiary leaders, and vendor partners to capture real‑world requirements, refine priorities, and translate needs into functional solutions Oversee internal and partner engineering efforts to ensure solutions meet requirements, align with standards, stay on budget, deliver on time, and transition smoothly into production Lead engineers in documenting product lines within the product catalog, maintain engineering and support documentation, and develop training opportunities that strengthen organizational expertise Review technology portfolios regularly to identify improvements and cost savings while ensuring the portfolio remains current and aligned to overall business needs Serve as the primary resource for technical vendor management, build strong vendor relationships, and drive innovation by proposing new concepts and pilots that expand offerings and generate revenue More about you Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience with product management or product engineering functions, and at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences Comfortable working with matrixed teams Hands-on experience with agile project management, including scrum or kanban framework Experience working with hospitality technology, including point of sale for retail, property management systems, and integrations Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and systems infrastructure Shift detailsEvenings as needed
