Technical Product Manager - Remote
**The Role** We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution for an AI Content Intelligence platform. You will be working hands‑on with architecture, data engineering, platform teams, and content operations to deliver measurable improvements in findability, accuracy, and content velocity. **What you get to do in this role:** + **Discover & Define** + Own the problem space across content ingestion, metadata, governance, analytics/quality scoring, author workflows, knowledge graph, agentic creation, and governance‑focused internal search. + Partner with content, product and search leaders to define a unified content and metadata model. + Assist the product teams in moving from policy-by-people to policy‑enforced‑by‑technology via AI tooling. + Define phase‑by‑phase KPIs and north start outcomes. + **Build & Deliver** + Translate strategy into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution docs for capabilities including ingestion pipelines, metadata services, schema/ontology, knowledge graph services. + Define governance automation: content lifecycle, duplication detection, staleness checks, voice/tone/style validation, and policy enforcement via agents. + Stand up author and reviewer workflows integrated with authoring tools. + Ensure access control compliance. + **Launch, measure & iterate** + Ship increments across pre-defined phases. + Define and monitor product analytics and evaluation frameworks. + Communicate status, risks, and trade‑offs to VP+ stakeholders; keep the roadmap crisp and outcomes‑oriented. **Success looks like:** + A single, trusted content corpus in production with enforced governance and auditable lineage. + Author velocity improved via agentic first drafts, governance, and AI SME review with near‑zero hallucinations. + Quality index guiding content lifecycle decisions; measurable lifts in findability, content freshness, and CSAT across web properties. **Deliverables you’ll own** + PRDs, solution briefs, and architectural requirements for ingestion, metadata, evaluation, and agentic services + Phase‑by‑phase roadmap with KPIs and experimentation plans. + Acceptance criteria for evaluation and accuracy of the system. + Partner integration plans. **Minimum qualifications** + 10+ years in Product Management delivering data/AI platforms, search, content systems, or knowledge graphs at enterprise scale. + Demonstrated ability to consolidate heterogeneous content sources into a unified data model and improve search/discovery, creation or governance. + Hands‑on depth with AI/ML‑powered products and measurement . + Strong experience with content platforms/CMS, content lifecycle, taxonomy/ontology, and metadata governance. + Technical fluency with data pipelines/ETL, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and event‑driven architectures. + Proven leadership driving outcomes across matrixed engineering, architecture, design, content ops, security, and analytics teams. + Exceptional written/verbal communication for VP+/SteerCo audiences; crisp PRDs and narratives. + ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
