Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives that deliver meaningful value to our customers. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Business Stakeholders—you will help shape and prioritize the product roadmap, guide the team through Program Increment (PI) Planning, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, is customer-obsessed, and excels at translating complex needs into clear, actionable product direction.

Key Responsibilities:Business and Technical ExecutionDevelop a strong understanding of the customer experience, especially at a tactical and transactional level.Define and maintain the Agile team backlog with input from team members, stakeholders, and partners.Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to write clear, testable user stories and requirements, including acceptance criteria and tests (typically for 1–2 Agile teams).Prioritize and refine the team backlog for Iteration Planning, coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners.Assess and review enabler work; collaborate with System and Solution Architects/Engineers to understand scope and assist in sequencing technical infrastructure work.Team Collaboration & DeliveryAct as the primary point of contact for the technical (development) team and customer stakeholders regarding user story details.Be available during iterations (sprints) to provide real-time clarity and answer questions about the backlog.Manage the flow of just-in-time story elaboration (refinement), maintaining a backlog ready for at least three upcoming sprints.Participate in team demos with responsibility for reviewing and accepting completed user stories, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and the team’s Definition of Done (DoD).Agile Leadership & Continuous ImprovementAttend and contribute to Iteration Retrospectives and the Agile Release Train's Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.Coordinate functional, technical, and user story dependencies with other Product Owners throughout iterations and Program Increments (via weekly PO/ART syncs).Drive improvement stories across Agile teams to enhance program velocity and quality.Ensure high-quality delivery and performance of user stories in the production environment.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Agile teams and business stakeholders.Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, commercial accounting, finance, legal, go-to-market, and other internal/external teams.Partner with the business and third parties to evaluate the current customer journey and identify areas for improvement.Foster a team-oriented environment and help create a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and shared purpose.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $171,321, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
