As a Product Manager within the Chase Travel team, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the delivery of our products to customers. You will play a key role in creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in a timely and organized manner.
Job responsibilities
Define and execute the product management and strategy for API Platforms & SDKsPartner with executives and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholdersCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction, adoption, and business impactOversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launchRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
As a senior software contributor, technical product owner, or software architect, I possess 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise.Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementAdvanced experience with APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and developer ecosystemsExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsExpertise in executive stakeholder managementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Background in software engineering or technical architectureActive participation or familiarity with modern developer environmentsActive participation in open source software communitiesArchitectural knowledge of complex distributed systems, including eventually consistent, and event-sourcingKnowledge or experience of secure PCI environmentsKnowledge or experience of UI component libraries and frameworksExpansive knowledge of data patterns, stores, queues, and streaming systemsExperience in any of the following languages & frameworks; .NET, Java, Spring, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React
