As the dining platform of American Express, the dining group also delivers differentiated dining access and benefits to cardmembers in the form of special events and exclusive access, engaging cardmembers, diners, and the restaurant industry. **How will you make an impact in this role?** We are looking for Digital Product Management, to join the Pocket Concierge team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our restaurant platform. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how technology, data, and business decisions come together to create meaningful customer impact. In this position, you will work closely with the Product Manager to translate business needs and technical possibilities into scalable product solutions **.** You will support the product roadmap by helping to define requirements, coordinate feature delivery, and continuously improve existing functionality. Through this work, you will directly contribute to maximizing business outcomes and strengthening our partners’ operational capabilities across the restaurant ecosystem. If you enjoy solving problems through systems, communicating across teams, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** + Support execution of the product roadmap and contribute to identifying growth opportunities based on business needs and data + Organize and help prioritize issues and enhancement requests raised by business teams + Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain alignment, address risks and drive progress + Collaborate with designers, software engineers, marketing, business operations, legal, and product teams to support the development and launch of new features + Support quality assurance activities and manage feature-related tickets using Jira throughout the development lifecycle + Help manage project workflows, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements + Participate in daily Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to support smooth execution + Support post-implementation QA and UI/UX testing to ensure released features meet usability and quality expectations **Minimum Qualifications** + 3 years of experiences in technical product/program management, software engineering or a closely related field + Experience working in an Agile development environment + Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work effectively with software engineers on system-level discussions + Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-paced environment + Experience working with business stakeholders or supporting business-driven initiatives, with an interest in understanding how products create business value + Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English + Strong logical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks + Exposure to UI/UX design principles or experience collaborating closely with designers to improve user experience **Nice To Have Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fundamental technical knowledge + Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis skills is a strong plus + Experience with Jira and Rally for tracking work related to the product + Knowledge of the fine-dining scene within Japan **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
