The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Job description:Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone callsSupport individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issuesExplain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the deviceCommunicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the serviceInput data, write quickly and clearlyRequirements:Fluent Italian (C1/C2) – both written and spokenVery good English (B2/C1) – both written and spokenTechnical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices workAbility to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm wayTeam player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skillsExperience in customer service (individual / business customers)
