Technical Product Advisor with Hungarian – 100% Remote

Job Description

Your responsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls.Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.Input data, write quickly and clearly.

Our requirementsFluent Hungarian (C1/C2) and very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken.Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way.Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills.Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).OptionalInterest in a new technology and electronics trends.
