**Job Title: Technical Operator 1** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality deodorant and body wash products. As a Technical Operator 1, you will contribute to the expansion of production capabilities, including the addition of a new deodorant line. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage various machines over several lines. + Collaborate with a team of 4-5 people per machine to ensure efficient production processes. + Perform tasks such as changing shrink wrap rolls and moving boxes of labels weighing up to 20 pounds. + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation. + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to maintain continuous production flow. + Set up machines using hand and power tools, and participate in general labor and assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + Strong troubleshooting abilities to effectively resolve mechanical issues. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and equipment. + Previous experience in manufacturing processes and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine set up and change over procedures. + Ability to work night shifts (6:30pm-7am) following initial training on first shift (6:30am-7pm). + No diploma required; however, a High School Diploma is necessary for career advancement. **Why Work Here?** Experience the opportunity to work in a highly automated facility with a fast-paced environment.
