This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide! **_Responsibility:_** Your Responsibilities: + Provide on-site technical interventions, including installation, training, repair, and maintenance, to ensure optimal operation of machinery at client sites. + Engage with customers to deliver necessary technical support, fostering strong and positive customer relationships. + Collaborate with the sales and dealer teams by sharing technical insights and support to enhance sales opportunities and business growth. + Complete required technical training and assessments to continually enhance technical proficiency and deliver high-quality service to clients. + Achieve service targets by negotiating and securing Service Contracts and spare part sales, while managing billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable related to routine service activities. + Oversee personal inventory, including spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper management. + Execute technical tasks assigned by team leadership in a timely and efficient manner. + Utilize technical management systems effectively to ensure accurate and complete data entry. + Document all technical activities thoroughly in Field Service Reports, CRM software, and other prescribed administrative records. + Mentor junior engineers through technical escalation support and customer relationship building + Aid and support your Area/Zonal Technical Manager in managing the cadence of Preventive Maintenance and timely installations + Support other Area/Zonal Technical Manager locations when Dynamic Resource Allocation is required and requested by your manager + Will be available only in large ATM teams. Takes up direct reporting of a cluster of engineers + Own up a set of customers designated by ATM/ ZTM for building and maintaining relationships. + Reseller coordination - Inventory & Spares distribution TAT management. **_Candidate’s profile:_** Your Profile: + Qualification - BE / B.
