JOB DESCRIPTION  As a Technical Lead, Software Engineering embedded in an energetic mobile agile team of Software and QA Engineers, you will lead the team in creating mobile software products utilizing state of the art technologies. You will be hands on, involved in designing mobile applications and flexible services that expose core capabilities to different applications and user bases, and leading teams to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision-making, and facilitating company-wide collaboration. All of this will be accomplished with cutting edge, lean-agile, software development methodologies. Mentor developers provide technical guidance, delegate tasks, and support skill development. Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, set project goals, monitor progress, and resolve technical roadblocks Work with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high software quality. Implement efficient workflows, manage technical risks, and optimize delivery performance.  Troubleshoot complex technical issues and bugs, identifying root causes and implementing solutions Closely follow industry trends and the open-source community  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Deep knowledge on SSIS, T-SQL, C# and Design Patterns Deep knowledge on C#,ADO.Net and Java Script Care about quality and know what it means to ship high quality code  Curious and avid learners  Communicate clearly to explain and defend design decisions  Experience in architectural design and system optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
