Job Summary

As a Technical Implementation Specialist within the Client Onboarding and Services (COS) group, you will coordinate all aspects of product implementation setups. You will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Your role involves collaborating with tech teams and facilitating client discussions to understand requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Exhibit ownership and client satisfactionManage clear expectations and timelinesCommunicate status updates to partners/clientsDemonstrate creative problem-solvingAdhere to policy and proceduresEscalate and resolve issues promptlyRecord observations and escalate as neededIdentify gaps and recommend solutionsHandle multiple requests simultaneouslyManage conflict and mobilize resourcesAssist in product setup per requirements
