As a Technical Implementation Sr. Associate in global banking middle office, you coordinate all aspects of product implementation setups, working closely with business partners and clients. You manage a high volume of simultaneous requests, ensuring effective collaboration between onshore and client tech teams for both testing and production environments. Your role demands strong people management skills and a solid understanding of mainframe and testing processes.

Job Responsibilities

Lead people and stakeholder management, including development, attrition, and training programs.Maintain effective and standardized operational processes across the team.Act as a primary contact for escalations and high-priority internal client requests.Manage the performance cycle, including objective setting, career planning, and recognition.Measure productivity and key performance indicators to drive team success.Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements.Manage projects and handle multiple requests simultaneously while identifying gaps or exceptions and recommending possible solutions.Help client and internal teams to set up products as required.Demonstrate ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

Engineering degree with 9+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation with a testing background.Excellent people and team management skills with experience in development and training.Strong understanding of mainframe, file, and regression testing processes.Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Selenium, and UI Path for workflow automation.Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain operational processes.Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and Confluence for collaboration.
