The Engineer , Global Change Management works within established procedures of Global IT Change Management with a moderate degree of supervision and provides advanced support of remedy system, real time IT change reviews, reporting, analytics, end to end IT change process. This position requires intermediate knowledge for change management and IT PlatformsEssential Functions/Core Responsibilities
• Complete IT change management assessments
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Manage stakeholders
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics
• Support IT change management at the organizational level
• Manage the IT change portfolio
• Monitor IT change progress end to end covering the change life cycle
• Attend to break/fix engagement as required by Situation Management for technology related problems and issues received from both internal and external clients
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
