**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Technical Facilities Coordinator, you will support the facilities management team in successfully fulfilling the clients' requirements.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the maintenance team, clients’, tenants, and property managers to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Organize & operationalize programs developed by Business Technical Services team such as health & safety programs, energy programs & quality programs;
+ Help drive departmental initiatives and help drive the 5-year roadmap of continuous improvement;
+ Manage monthly reporting requirements such as project governance reports, training reports, monthly status reports etc.;
+ Provide support to the Portfolio Senior Management during account transitions by managing transition plans and resources;
+ Management of monthly reporting;
+ Maintain client relationships by facilitating client meetings & managing 3rd-party service providers
+ Function as primary operations and relationship support to Portfolio Senior Operations Managers within single-person sites;
+ Participate in tendering process and negotiation of costs/fees with suppliers/contractors;
+ Benchmarking and workload assessment using Computerized Maintenance Management System;
+ Manages special assignments in line with project goals;
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Coordinator roles; preferably in facility management
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Communication is key, therefore, proven ability to effectively interact (verbal & written) with clients, tenants, management and team members is a must
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
