Higher education is an asset + You have over 20 years of relevant experience in the loads domain within the aerospace industry + You have more than 10 years of experience leading a team of engineers working on loads assessments, from planning and execution to risk management and project delivery + You possess strong organizational skills for planning work activities and tracking task execution within budget and schedule constraints + You demonstrate sound judgment to optimize work scope and define the appropriate quality level + You have a good understanding of FAR 25 certification requirements.
