1. Facilities & Technical Operations

Assist and deliver services as per the comprehensive IFM contract and defined KPIs/SLAs

Manage day‑to‑day technical administration including report generation, MIS updates, and documentation.

Maintain adequate consumables and materials for uninterrupted operations; manage supply and service contracts as approved by the client.

Support key FM activities such as churn/move inspections, sometimes during night/weekend shifts.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are completed on schedule.

Implement pre‑emptive maintenance programs to reduce risk of breakdown of critical equipment.

Understand engineering designs and operational aspects of site utilities and respond to urgent or emergency situations

3. Safety, Compliance & Audits

Ensure compliance with statutory norms on fire, health, and safety.

Implement risk and safety practices to avoid operational interruptions.

Conduct regular inspections on energy conservation, maintenance quality, utility management, and risk management procedures

Manage internal audit programs to minimize exposure to operational risk

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders including FM Managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients.

Process vendor invoices as per finance protocols and ensure delivery standards are met.

5. Reporting & Communication

Contribute to weekly FM meetings, monthly management reports, and other required documentation.

Communicate incidents and operational issues requiring escalation to FM leadership.
