Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 12 months Why You’ll Love This Role: • Join the Security Systems Integration Team supporting Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineering • Work with Proxy, Active Directory (AD), AD Reporting, GPO, and File System technologies • Take ownership of incidents, requests, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor junior engineers and influence technical solutions across the team What You’ll Do: • Implement, design, and manage technical solutions with Technology management and senior engineers • Conduct infrastructure reviews, testing, and develop documentation, standards, and policies • Interact with business partners to clarify problems and gather requirements • Coordinate vendor resources and manage vendor interactions • Mentor and review work of junior engineers and technicians • Promote industry best practices, process improvements, and automation • Maintain knowledge of Bank systems, applications, and vendor technologies • Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards Key Skills & Technologies: • Proxy, Active Directory (AD), AD Reporting, GPO, File System • Infrastructure design, system architecture, and complex application support • Server/client and virtual technologies • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Documentation, process improvement, and automation Required Qualifications: • 6+ years combined higher education/work experience in systems design, management, or architecture • Hands-on experience with Proxy, AD, GPO, and File System technologies Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • 6+ years technical engineering experience in infrastructure design, system development, and data management • Advanced knowledge of industry/vendor technologies and financial services trends • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills • Process-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team • Quick learner in fast-paced environments Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
