Location: Malvern, PA - 4-5 days on site

Duration: 6+ months

Key Responsibilities

Develop user guides, tutorials, microcopy, and videos for product documentation.Update and revise existing documentation to reflect product changes.Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.Participate in documentation migration projects (e.g., MadCap Flare to Oxygen XML).Author and configure structured XML content (DITA/DocBook) in Oxygen.Create UML diagrams for workflows and system architecture.Align documentation with evolving UX design and maintain consistency across pages.Review and provide feedback for content improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with company products and documentation tools.Experience with HTML updates, source control, and web help systems.Knowledge of structured documentation (DITA, XML), build tools, and version control (Git).Proficiency with Oxygen XML Editor, MadCap Flare, and related tools.Understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.Ability to create diverse outputs (help topics, videos, graphics, interactive content).2+ years of experience in technical documentation.
