Technical CRM Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical CRM Specialist for a full‑service law firm to support, enhance, and stabilize their enterprise CRM environment built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This is a full-time permanent position with long-term stability, excellent mentorship, and strong internal growth potential. The firm is investing in the future of its CRM platform and is looking for a technically strong professional who can deepen functionality, improve system reliability, and support users across business development, marketing, and administrative teams. This individual will play a key operational role, ensuring the CRM ecosystem—including its APIs, real‑time marketing features, and integrations with the firm’s finance system—runs smoothly and continues to evolve with new features. Skills and Requirements -Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (D365). -Technical understanding of API behavior, RESTful APIs, and how data interacts with CRM systems. -Knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting, queries, and data validation. -Experience with CRM plug-ins, including maintaining custom plug-ins (mainly Contacts & Accounts). -Ability to manage and troubleshoot CRM integrations (especially with finance systems). -Solid understanding of CRM system architecture and real-time marketing features. -Experience with Power BI dashboards. -Knowledge of C# or .NET for deeper technical work or custom development. -Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work closely with a long-tenured CRM team. -Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with non-technical end users. -High responsiveness and urgency—occasionally supporting last-minute marketing or events needs. -Flexibility for rare but pre‑approved overtime when needed.
