  Job Overview Support the Technical Compliance Manager with the delivery of PPM's and 3rd party contractor works Assist with the compliance of all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring competence an performance of external resources and maintain assurance of compliance for their assets Responsible for ensuring 3rd party suppliers provide SSOW and RAMS Ensure statutory maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with GSK and contractual requirements Ensure MERP maintenance planning system is kept up to date

Main Duties

Coordination, planning and tracking of all technical activities feeding into the MERP maintenance planning system for all planned and corrective activities in a timely manner such that events do not go overdue. Meet and Greet technical 3rd party suppliers Ensure 3rd party suppliers provide SSOW, risk assessments, method statements and competency certificates ahead of work commencing with time for a competent supervisor to review. (48 hours minimum for Permit to Work or Access to Work) Requesting and Raising quotes for any corrective remedial works. Raising of Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers for planned and corrective works Work with the Mitie site Finance Lead to close out chargeable work orders / quotes Maintain a structured filing system for 3rd party technical suppliers, including purchase orders, qualifications, SLA's and maintenance and remedial reports Keep accurate legionella L8 records for 3rd party supplier(s) Complete the supplier performance matrix each time a 3rd party supplier attends site and escalate any major issues with performance, including 3rd party supplier's payment issues or non-attendance in a timely manned Maintain the contractor training matrix and the contractors red folders Make sure all contractors are up to date with training and arrange annual refresher GMP training when required Responsible for maintaining for Critical Spares register Responsible for maintaining the Mitie technical equipment register Provide input to the technical supervisors and managers on 3rd party supplier breakdown and progress reports that are to be communicated to the customer   What we are looking for A highly focused individual, motivating and driving performance through high standards of service and effectiveness Good understanding of statutory requirements in a technical environment Understanding and experience of working in a heavily regulated environment Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced environment Strong planning and organisational skills Understanding of risk management and HSE Good understand of a CAFM system, such as MERP, SAP, Maximo
