BSA processes with close guidance and supervision. This role assists BSA team members to identify problems, generate alternatives, and recommend solutions within defined processes. This position participates in the elicitation and analysis of business needs by BSA teams for assigned projects. The BSA Associate documents the progress of assigned tasks to ensure objectives are met and assists in ensuring that BSA work products conform to quality and content standards. And supports requirements elicitation, analysis, and management for efforts of all complexity levels. **Job Type:** Full-Time / Permanent **Workday** **s:** Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) **Shift Hours:** 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM EST (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week) **Shift Duration:** 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) **Work Location:** Remote (m **ust be located in** **_Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, or Quebec_** ) **Wage Salary:** $29.35 per hour **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Participatein cross-functional tasks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards and best practices. + Supportsubject matter experts in business systems analysis areas to assist other BSAs and expand knowledge. + Adhereto enterprise process standards to deliver consistent work products. + Gatherrelevant information during work sessions to ensure audience understanding. + Analyzeand apply appropriate detail based on project life cycle stage to ensure solutions address business needs. + Simplifymoderately complex concepts for clear stakeholder communication. + Facilitateconflict resolution to achieve consensus and common goals. + Assistin developing business and functional requirements and related work products. + Deliverclear, accurate, and professional written and verbal communications tailored to the audience. + Contributeto solution discussions for projects of low to moderate complexity to align with long-term strategy. + Reviewwork products for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards. + Participatein peer reviews to identify conflicts and confirm consistent implementation of requirements. + TestBSA work products and processes to identify defects and ensure effectiveness. + Documenttest results to support problem resolution and capture defect data. + Communicatetest results to relevant stakeholders and provide updates on project status. + Enterdefect data into management tools to report variances from expected results. + Collaboratewith project team members to exchange information and respond promptly. + Conductroot cause analysis of defects, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive solutions. **Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent inComputer science or Computer Engineering - **Required** + Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – **Required** (regular interactions with clients outside Quebec – 100%) + Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office - **Required** + Lean-Agile Project Management Framework - **Required** + Azure DevOps Services experience- **Required** + Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) - **Preferred** + Unidatadatabase,UniBasic, VB, C, C++, Java, Node JS, Python, and .NET knowledge + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Expenses/Working Conditions** + Adhere to the company’s Appearance Guidelines. **Compensation and Benefits** + Vision, health, and dental benefits after three months of service. + Overtime. + Weekly Pay/ Direct Deposit- Every Friday. + Immediate access to UPS ‘Employee Discounts’ upon hiring. + Paid training. + Pension Plan. + Free Onsite Parking. + Opportunity for advancement within a Fortune 50 Company.
