**Job Title:** Technical Accounting Analyst **Pay:** $75 - Will not entertain third Party applicants **Location:** NYC - Hybrid **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Accounting Contractor to perform a comprehensive reconciliation of syndicated loans. This role involves detailed research and resolution of financial activities dating back to 2022, ensuring accurate accounting of incoming and outgoing funds, and providing insightful reporting for executive dashboards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct thorough research and resolution of all financial activities from 2022 onwards. + Accurately note loan repricing for borrowers to ensure precise accounting of funds. + Prepare and present exception reports for executive dashboards. + Manually track and update commentary from accountable teams. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + **Forensic Accounting Expertise:** Proven experience in complex research and reconciliations. + **Advanced Excel Proficiency:** Ability to compare reports, manage large spreadsheets, create pivot tables, and utilize VLOOKUP functions. + **Knowledge of Syndicated Loans:** Preferred but not mandatory. + **MS PowerPoint Skills:** Competence in creating decks of findings and tracking progress. + **Loan IQ Experience:** Desired but not required. **Application Process:** Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and skills.
