Customer Success Manager/ Technical Account Manager (CSM + PM)

 

Oracle Customer Success Services is a Global Line of Business within the Oracle Support Services Organization. 

Focus area on Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence

 

Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients Understanding the clients’ business and technical needs Designing and presenting technical solutions that meet clients’ needs Coordinating with sales, product development, and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient solutions Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts Participate / Hands on for assigned project Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns

 

Experience

Strong knowledge of SQL/PL and data querying techniques Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, eg Oracle data integrator (ODI) , Oracle integration Cloud Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing technologies and business environments Knowledge in Python, RestAPI is a plus Knowledge in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications , Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) , Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS)  is a plus
