Title:

Shall be a specialist /subject matter expert in any one of the static/ package item. Responsible for developing technical requirements, specification and services relating to mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels,  process columns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, spheres, boilers and  static packaged units.  Duties include preparation of datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bid, Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline. Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.   Perform Man-hour estimate, Develop MPP, Progress reporting, Implement catchup plan, Represent advocate and negotiate for Company with clients and contractors.

15 years of progressive experience (Shall work as a lead for medium / large projects), specifically in Static and Fired equipment  division. Shall have Working knowledge of current ASME, TEMA, API, EN  standards for static equipment. Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes. Basic understanding of PFDs & PIDs is a must. FPSO, Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a must. Exposure to FEA, NDE, Testing, Welding, heat treatment, Painting Insulation requirements are essential.  Shall have Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and people management skills. Shall have working knowledge of  IBR and NACE.  Work experience  in other  Mechanical vertical is a plus. Qualification:- Degree in Mechanical Engineering. !!
