**The opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy analyst with a strong background in technology scouting and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital, corporate innovation, management consulting, or similar roles, and a proven ability to identify emerging technologies and assess their strategic fit. This role requires curiosity, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
**How you’ll spend your day**
+ Technology Scouting: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies and startups aligned with Teva’s strategic priorities
+ Challenge Alignment: Collaborate with business units to understand needs and match them with external solutions.
+ Market & Trend Analysis: Research emerging tech trends and assess their relevance to pharma and healthcare.
+ Due Diligence: Conduct technical and commercial assessments of potential partners.
+ Reporting & Insights: Prepare clear, concise reports and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
+ Knowledge management: document and track all interactions with startups, ecosystem partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring all engagements and collected information is properly utilized for future references and learnings.
**Your experience and qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree - Must. In a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) - Advantage.
+ Experience: 2–4 years in VC, corporate innovation, technology scouting,consulting or tech analyst roles.
+ Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities, structured thinking, and ability to synthesize complex information.
+ AI toolset: understanding of AI tools & agents, and capability to utilize them for improved productivity efficiency.
+ Tech Orientation: Deep interest in emerging technologies and their business applications; understanding of the tech ecosystem landscape.
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English; ability to present insights visually & effectively.
+ Organization & workflow management: highly organized with ability to optimize workflow processes; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a passion for innovation.
Location: Shoham, Israel (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
