Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Tech Program Manager to join their team. As a Tech Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Tech Program Manager**
**Redmond, WA (Hybrid - onsite once a month)**
**18 Month Contract**
**$65/hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
+ Drive program/project schedules and status reports, ensuring timely completion.
+ Create and review functional specifications to aid in decision-making for product implementation.
+ Manage project resources and develop, motivate, and coach team members.
+ Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and prepare rollout plans and procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8-10 years of overall experience in technical program management.
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
+ Minimum 6 years of experience with technical program management.
+ Experience managing Azure DevOps and work items for at least 8 years.
+ PMP or similar project management certification with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
