Position: Tech Infra Program Manager III
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery of consumer electronics products at contract manufacturing site in Asia.
2. Manage products and processes after the initial launch (New Product Introduction or NPI), ensuring ongoing production and quality.
3. Work closely with various teams like hardware development, legal, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, and sustaining teams to address issues and drive improvements.
4. Identify and resolve issues that arise during the sustaining phase, ensuring products and processes continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.
5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
6. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
7. Domestic and international travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $ $179,421/year to $231,300/year)

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Experience must include:
1) 3 years of experience in program/product management.
2) 3 years of experience coordinating or managing cross functional technical teams for technology integration processes to develop and implement technical products.
3) 3 years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications including user experience designs, and executing data driven cost/benefit analysis.
The pay range for this position in Sunnyvale, CA is $ $179,421- $ 231,300 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
