Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Tech Business Analyst to join their team. As a Tech Business Analyst, you will be part of the Productivity Architecture and Engineering department supporting the Microsoft 365 Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a keen interest in technology, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Tech Business Analyst
**Location: Addison, Texas or Charlotte, North Carolina**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with project coordination and tracking for key initiatives.
+ Support engineering documentation and identity management tasks.
+ Conduct lab testing and validation for Microsoft 365 projects.
+ Collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.
+ Help manage service requests and monitor project progress.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of experience supporting engineering for Azure services related to Microsoft 365 workloads.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 identity/policy administration and configuration.
+ General understanding of technology concepts and productivity tools.
+ Experience with email technologies and protocols is a plus.
+ Strong writing and communication skills.
