Join our Tech Assist team and be the face of IT to our businesses for all technology services and platforms. You will deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Manila office. You will deliver a customer focused service experience and provide training and education on Macquarie's Technology platforms. You will also own technology problems and requests to deliver positive outcomes for the business. What you offer

Enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys solving problems and engaging with their customersA passion for Technology with a curious nature and pro-active mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, InTune, Office 365) with the ability to support and troubleshoot issuesExperience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be an advantage.
