Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tech 3, Scientific Operations to join their team. As a Tech 3, Scientific Operations, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Scientific Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products. Operates production equipment efficiently and accurately. Weighs, measures, and checks raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities in each batch. Assists with in-process testing to verify batches meet specifications. Validates processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What's Needed?

High School diploma required; 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment preferred. Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, analyzing charts, and performing basic arithmetic. Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
