Our client, a global leader in **medical technology** , is seeking a **Product Development Tech** to join their team. As a **Product Development Tech** , you will be part of the **R&D/Product Development Department** supporting **engineering and laboratory teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **attention to detail** , and **collaborative teamwork abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:**
Brea, CA (Onsite M–F, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
**Pay Range:**
$33–$41/hr
_Submittal rate not guaranteed and will be determined by BD after interview. Interviews will be in-person._
**What’s the Job?**
( Max 5 )
+ Gather, maintain, compile, and format technical data including lab results, material tests, and engineering design changes.
+ Produce engineering documentation such as reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
+ Execute test protocols, conduct testing, and document/communicate results accurately.
+ Provide technical support to engineers and assist with equipment scoping, qualifications, and routine lab functions.
+ Support prototype development, equipment calibration, safety procedures, and routine maintenance.
**What’s Needed?**
( Max 5 )
+ High school diploma with 8+ years of lab or regulated technician experience, OR BS in a technical field with 2–4 years in an R&D/lab environment.
+ Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Ability to understand and execute designed test procedures.
+ Proficiency with personal computers and technical documentation.
+ Ability to train lower-level technicians and contribute solutions to routine technical problems.
