Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tech 3, Equipment Maintenance to join their team. As a Tech 3, Equipment Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform routine and complex troubleshooting and repair work on equipment and machinery Maintain and service production equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems Document maintenance activities and equipment history accurately and thoroughly Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

What's Needed?

Experience in equipment maintenance or a related technical field Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and standards Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet business needs
