**Job Title: Teamcenter Solution Architect**
**Job Location: Remote (Anywhere across US)**
**About the job you’re considering**
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to join our innovative PLM team.
**Your Role**
+ Lead teams to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.
+ Lead data migration, infrastructure and integration activities.
+ Act as a critical Contributor to the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework
+ Assess Customer Opportunity regarding feasibility, value, and risks
+ Contribute to Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
+ Challenge customer business processes regarding value creation and business transformation
+ Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging Teamcenter Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
+ Leverage collaboration between Capgemini organization around a standard view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
+ Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
+ Support Consultants and architects
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience in managing and mentoring junior talent.
**Your Skills and Experience**
+ Min 10+ Years of experience with 5+ years as a Teamcenter Technical Architect/Technical Lead
+ Experience in designs integration patterns, AWS deployment topology, CI/CD automation, and data migration architecture.
+ Experience in coordinating DevOps and infrastructure readiness.
+ Leading infrastructure planning, sizing, and optimization for Teamcenter environments
+ Develop and oversee the integration strategy for Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD tools).
+ Plan and execute complex Teamcenter migration projects (version upgrades, data migrations)
+ Experience with AWS, ITK, SOA, and database optimization using various Siemens provided tools
+ Implemented new BMIDE extensions and have them attached to OOTB operations using conditions attachment
+ Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents for Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
+ Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
+ Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the Teamcenter system through architectural decisions and technical governance.
+ Collaborate with business analysts and Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
+ Conduct technical reviews and audits of Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and developments.
+ Troubleshoot complex system issues and develop solutions
+ Stay current with Teamcenter product developments and industry best practices
+ Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $168,688/year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
