What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for all administrative needs, supporting leaders and teams with precision and professionalism.Collaborate with other admins to plan morale-boosting events and ensure seamless team operations.Manage procurement, purchase orders, and vendor coordination to keep projects moving.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, making transitions smooth and welcoming.Coordinate office moves, space planning, and large-scale organizational events.Handle hardware and asset management, ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.Tackle special projects and ad-hoc tasks with creativity and initiative.What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in administrative support, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting diverse teams.Event planning, onboarding, and equipment management expertise.Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and internal tools like IDWeb and MyOrder.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move office equipment (up to 20 lbs) and react quickly to urgent needs.A professional presence and a collaborative spirit.Why You’ll Love This Role:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
