How will you make an impact in this role?

 

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future over dues with accounts that have a high exposure.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate with 1 year of experience minimum in voice processAbility to drive customer decision following a consultative approach on calls & stay competitive consistently to deliver stellar performance in a blended environment (Inbound & Outbound)Strong communication skills with an ability to handle constructive and difficult conversations with customers & passion to take added responsibilitiesAbility to multi-task such as making accurate decisions on accounts while typing and speaking on the calls & maintaining manual data on MS Excel Workbook etcFast learner and truly motivated to align towards business objectives and a strong will to highly contribute in achieving the business goalsShould display a penchant for Result Orientation & Personal AccountabilityStrong Team Player with high level of integrityShould possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving skillsHigh on flexibility & adaptability towards frequent process and/or work strategy changesSelf-motivated & demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge about credit card industry and collections background would be an added advantageProficiency in MS Office - MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word would be an add on
