The APEx Team Manager will be responsible for coaching, developing, and driving performance and engagement for an operations team handling the end-to-end product and service experience for Heavy-Bulky products.

- Lead an operations team dedicated to ensuring excellence in the end-to-end customer experience for heavy and bulky products.
- Prioritize the support and development of your direct reports.

- Plan and execute process improvement initiatives.

- Handle internal and external escalations with a high level of customer obsession.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
