Team Leader – Reservations
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Team Leader – Reservations to support the effective management of the Reservations Department within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in maximizing room revenue through inventory control and yield management, ensure accurate and efficient reservation handling, and deliver exceptional guest service in line with brand standards while working closely with Sales Marketing and Rooms Division teams.

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Team Leader – Reservations to support the effective management of the Reservations Department within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in maximizing room revenue through inventory control and yield management, ensure accurate and efficient reservation handling, and deliver exceptional guest service in line with brand standards while working closely with Sales Marketing and Rooms Division teams.
