We're seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works collaboratively with the team. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding guest service aligned with Hyatt standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Support revenue goals through upselling and cost‑control practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. Perform cashiering duties and assist with inventory checks. Supervise, train, and motivate F&B Hosts. Ensure grooming, punctuality and adherence to hotel policies. Uphold safety, hygiene, and operational standards. **Qualifications:** Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, hands‑on approach with attention to detail. A genuine team player who supports and uplifts colleagues.
