Business Priorities:

Ensures that the accounts payable and the company's financial obligations are met efficiently. Be accountable for the posting and payment transactions within the financial business commitments. You will need to maintain stables our KPI´s, oversee the end to end processes, and uphold the company’s policies and image with customers and suppliers, therefore contributing to its growth.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Role Accountabilities:

Manages and supervises the accounts payable staff, provides daily work direction to team and lead teams to execute towards high aspirations and capabilities towards best in class.

Oversee the end to end process, such as Invoice reception, posting, three way Match, payments, and invoice troubleshooting, ensuring team delivers desired results and KPI.

Ensures that systems and processes are adhere to company policies, CFI´s and SOX requirements, as well to local statutory compliance.

Identify opportunities to deliver process improvements, standardization and automation/system improvements to maximize teamwrok performance and drive efficiencies.

Manage staff performance and development through Culture of Coaching methodology to ensure efficient operation of the work team. Challenge team members work and recommendations, pushing their thinking and guiding the team towards best practices.

Shapes and sustains an effective, motivated team that delivers desired results (KPIs, internal customer satisfaction) by providing direction, building trust, selecting, coaching and developing team members, leveraging individual abilities and ensuring best practices are utilized

Ensure fit for purpose relevant training plan for team members.

Act as the SME for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain a fluent relationship with key business partners.

Drive DPO improvement initiatives.

Main Purpose of this role:

The PTP lead will provide day-to-day operational support and management to their team and respond to all financial functions requests. This role provide leadership, expertise and advice to the PTP team analysts, to enable them to deliver consistently high standards on daily activities within the GBS organization.

The PTP team lead has to play an active role in contributing to the process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

Essential Knowledge / Experience​:

Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance

7+ years of experience in the Accounts Payable role, or similar in the area of Accounting.

3+ years of experience in team management

Fluent english knowledge "C1"

Proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office

People oriented and talent developer

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in Project Management and Process Improvement (e.g Lean Six Sigma)

Experience with complex enterprise-wide order entry or billing systems is an advantage

SAP knowledge and experience strongly preferred

Advanced knowledge of internal control drivers.
