**Job Description** + We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our production team + In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and supervision of our tire manufacturing line **Responsibilities** + Work closely with the Production Manager to train team members effectively + Develop the workforce into a cohesive and efficient team unit + Communicate performance results and progress to leadership + Operate all tire line equipment, including balancing, sequencing, and material handling as required + Offload deliveries of tires, wheels, and other raw materials efficiently + Sort tire deliveries to ensure organized inventory management + Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Team Leader in a manufacturing environment + Proficiency in production supervision and management + Experience in assembly and continuous improvement + Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles **Shifts** + Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $55099.00 - $55099.00/yr.
