**Our client, a leading law firm specializing in Social Security and Veterans Disability benefits, is seeking a Team Lead Training Manager to join their team.** As a Team Lead Training Manager, you will be part of the Intake department supporting both the Social Security and VA Benefits teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and exceptional attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Team Lead Training Manager
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Range:** $37 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Identify and improve areas within the sales funnel.
+ Serve as the primary contact for Intake and Application staff.
+ Master the basics of Social Security Disability and Veterans programs.
+ Monitor team performance and ensure task completion.
+ Motivate the team to meet monthly goals.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 3–5 years of sales experience and 3 years of management experience.
+ Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Experience with data-intensive reporting and KPI tracking.
+ Customer service experience and a detail-oriented mindset.
