Team Leadership and Management:• Provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of Back Office Individual contributors.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback, guidance, and opportunities for growth and development.
• Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure effective task execution.
Operational Oversight:
• Oversee the execution of administrative tasks and operational processes by the backoffice team.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to account activation, product setup, billing, and customer support.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the back-office operations.
Project Management and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Customer Owners, Partnership teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects.
• Lead by example in driving collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Training and Development:
• Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and enhance the skills and capabilities of existing team members.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for skills development within the team and facilitate appropriate training interventions.
Performance Management:
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Recognize and reward exceptional performance, while addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with HR to address staffing needs, recruit top talent, and ensure a high-performing team.
