Description of the area
This role serves as the engagement lead for end-to-end customer engagement within the Pharma International region, encompassing the strategic oversight of CRM, Voice of Customer (VoC), and field integration. As a specialized ecosystem, the CRM space is designed to streamline relationships with healthcare professionals and patients while ensuring strict regulatory compliance across global markets. The system centralizes stakeholder data to enable personalized, omnichannel engagement across digital and in-person channels, supported by automated processes such as strategic account planning and sample management. By integrating VoC insights directly into these workflows, the platform ensures that field teams can refine their account strategies based on real-time customer feedback and preferences. Beyond execution, the CRM acts as a strategic hub for data-based insights, utilizing dashboards to monitor how effectively the organization is delivering on its customer-centricity goals while maintaining audit-ready documentation for legal requirements. Ultimately, this environment breaks down departmental silos to foster seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and medical teams through a unified source of truth.

Drives initiatives to improve engineering processes and collaboration models across a whole product group or department.

Defines and analyzes success metrics, identifying cross-team technical and delivery optimization opportunities and trends.

Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of building high performing teams
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
Education
Bachelor or advanced degree
Business or IT specification

Additional Qualifications
Extensive experience in Veeva CRM and the broader Veeva Vault ecosystem, with a deep understanding of how these tools are configured to meet pharmaceutical-specific business needs.
Proven track record in end-to-end CRM product management, from initial discovery and roadmap strategy through to global deployment and post-launch optimization.
Deep healthcare or life sciences industry experience, specifically navigating the complexities of HCP engagement, patient journeys, and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) requirements.
Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including experience with CRM analytics, closed-loop measurement, and translating raw data into actionable \"Voice of the Customer\" insights.
Solid understanding of global privacy and compliance standards, ensuring all CRM activities and data collection methods adhere to international regulations and transparency laws.
