Team Lead-Employee Transpt IND
As the Team Lead – Employee Transport, you will be pivotal in overseeing and managing the transportation services provided to our employees. Your focus will be on planning, implementing, and monitoring our transport operations to ensure they are not only safe but also efficient and cost-effective. You must have strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of transport logistics.
In this role you will be reporting to Director, Enterprise Real Estate, India.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage employee transport operations effectively.  Coordinate routes, schedules, and transport services to meet employee needs.  Ensure that all safety protocols are always followed and take the necessary precautions to mitigate any potential risks. Handle employee queries and feedback regarding transport services.  Monitor and maintain the availability of the transport fleet as per AMPI requirement.Lead and motivate the entire transport team, transport vendors, contract staff, and drivers to ensure adherence to guidelines.Define roles, responsibilities, and detailed KRA’s for all team members and vendors, and review performances on a regular basis.Coordinate for periodic review of contract management.Conduct regular vendor performance and fleet management evaluations for all contracted vendors.Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with vendors on their performance, staff attendance, compliance, and drivers’ conduct.Coordinate with Security Services team for Escort Guard requirements etc.Conduct regular monitoring and training for all drivers on safe driving and behavior while on duty.Arrange monthly transport meetings with AMPI Business Groups to address transport-related issues and expectations.Coordinate the arrangement of cabs and airport pickups/drops for guests/visitorsEnsure adherence to transport policy, SOP, local laws and industry best practices.Develop budgets and annual plans to manage transport service as per organizational needs.Maintain the MIS tracker for provision vs. actual spent.

Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum experience with 10+ years in similar roleInternal/External Stakeholder ManagementManaging team of 5-10 members

Experience with employee commute management platform such as Routematic
