Job Description
As a Team Lead, you will ensure seamless operations in the Assembly and Dispatch Area by overseeing year-round coverage of all positions, even during employee leave. You will ensure all team members receive up-to-date training through the deployment of your management team. Your role will involve completing and submitting essential reports required by senior management on time.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain year-round coverage of all positions in the Assembly and Dispatch Area during employee leave.Deploy the management team to ensure up-to-date training for all Assembly and Dispatch Team members.Complete and submit necessary reports to senior management, including Daily PI totals, Shortage Reports, Rejects/Scrap Reports, Supervisor and Manager Check Sheets, and Daily and Weekly Reports.Oversee daily operations to completion, including necessary overtime of approximately 10-16 hours per week.Essential SkillsExpertise in production, supervision, assembly, safety, and production management.Strong management skills and a career-focused mindset.Excellent communication skills for coaching, developing, motivating, and building effective team relationships.Problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.Self-motivated with ability to manage teams and individuals effectively.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including OSHA.Additional Skills & QualificationsPlanning and organizational skills.Experience in production supervision and manufacturing operations.Understanding of manufacturing processes.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $59200.00/yr.
A full time position, with amazing earning potential with health, dental and vision, 10 days PTO, paid sick days, plus 6 federal holidays, 2 full paid weeks off during Christmas season and fully paid training.
