Description
Must be able to perform all duties of a Warehouse Associate II and Material Handler.Assist Warehouse Associates in prioritizing work.Assign Warehouse Associates to areas as needed to meet warehouse demands.Assist with interviewing, hiring and training employees.Assist with disciplining employees.Effectively use KPI's and other means to drive continuous improvement to increase quality, efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.Address employee complaints and resolve problems.Collaborate with Customer Service on issues and special projects.Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to manage personnel issues including time off requests and timecard approval.Understand all work functions in area of expertise and maintain sufficient knowledge to serve as back-up to the department Supervisor.Work with Human Resources for staffing needs.Perform weekly forklift inspections.Assist with ensuring accurate inventory counts.Responsible to see that all equipment and tools in the area are in proper working order.Assists with running productivity reports.Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
