Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for a manufacturing position on the 2nd shift, with hours from 3pm to 11:30pm/1:30am. This role requires availability up to 6-7 days a week (as needed). The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising assembly operations and ensuring adherence to manufacturing work instructions. The position involves working with electrical components, diagrams, and wires in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead assembly operations in the manufacturing facility.Ensure compliance with detailed prints and diagrams.Oversee electrical wiring and component assembly processes.Maintain adherence to manufacturing work instructions.Support team members and encourage ownership of the workplace.Essential SkillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience.Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hour shifts.Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Team Lead role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly operations.Knowledge of electrical components.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work takes place in an extremely clean, 5S manufacturing facility, featuring a 'clean room' style production environment. Employees must wear special shoe inserts to remove static charge and prevent equipment damage. The facility is project-based, requiring a commitment to meet deadlines, with over 50 team members working on the floor. Emphasis is placed on maintaining clear labeling of restricted work areas and designated walkways.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
